It takes courage to pursue a new job opportunity. From having to deal with career branding, to customized resume writing services, to portfolios for job interviews, the process of getting a better job can be frustrating.


For some, they’ve been at a job for many years and the comforts and familiarity of their present job makes it easy for them stay put. I’ve found this to be particularly true for my mid-career clients working in professional services. For others, they might be itching to make more money, or gain more influence, but are afraid of the unknown.
